  • This bundle includes membership in the medical courier connection for one year which gives you access to additional training (past training we've done with Industry leaders), a 10% discount on future training and webinars (when we charge a fee), and access to some of the free webinars we offer from time to time! We also have a great podcast that we record that you have access to through YouTube (or Spotify, or most outlets that have podcasts). It's called "The Medical Courier Connection Podcast." The rest of the material is on our membership site, www.medicalcourierconnection.com. There is a code to gain access to our Insights & Resources as well as a coupon code for any future trainings where you will receive 10% off (always use the coupon code with the biggest discount though). You'll get that code after becoming a member by checking out our posts (Announcements).

  • How long is the membership?

    Membership is for 365 days.

  • Am I locked in for a year, or can I cancel anytime?

    If you cancel membership prior to expiration, your certificate of completion will be valid for one year from the date of payment and satisfactory completion.

  • How long do I have access to my courses?

    You have access for a full year. You can return as often as you want for a refresher, and / or to download your certificate.

  • Gifts / Using Credit Cards

    Will you be paying with a credit card not in your name? Please have the cardholder purchase the course(s) for you by using the “Gift” option. Doing so will keep the payment in the cardholder’s name, they “gift” the course(s) to you by sending you the link to claim the gifted course, and you set up your own User profile/student account or sign into your already existing account. This is the best way to ensure that any courses with a certificate will be in your name instead of the cardholder’s name!

  • Refunds

    REFUNDS: Once a charge is completed, we offer a partial refund of 95% as long as no more than 21% of the course has been completed. Once you have completed 21% or more of the course, no refunds will be provided. If you discover you have signed up for the wrong course, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE team at 719-502-7081 or [email protected] during our business hours (9am to 9pm Mon-Fri and 11am to 3pm Saturdays eastern time).
