Besides my certificates, is there anything else I would get with this bundle?
This bundle includes membership in the medical courier connection for one year which gives you access to additional training (past training we've done with Industry leaders), a 10% discount on future training and webinars (when we charge a fee), and access to some of the free webinars we offer from time to time!? We also have a great podcast that we record that you have access to through YouTube (or Spotify, or most outlets that have podcasts). It's called "The Medical Courier Connection Podcast." The rest of the material is on our membership site, www.medicalcourierconnection.com Just click on Insights & Resources. There is a code to gain access to it as well as a coupon code for any future trainings where you will receive 10% off (always use the coupon code with the biggest discount though). You'll get that code after becoming a member by checking out our posts (Announcements).

Even though there are great perks, I didn't mean to spend the extra $20.05. Can I get a refund and cancel membership but keep my certificates?
Yes, give us a call during business hours and request a refund of the $20.05. You will lose all access to the member perks though effective immediately.

I would like to become a member but have already gotten my certification that is included in this bundle. How can I sign up and become a member?
Give us a call during business hours and receive a code for credit toward your certification. If your certificates are about to expire, you should just purchase the renewal course because you can't be a member with expired certificates!
