TERMS OF USE
Receipt of payment for the training program binds receiver ("Student”) to the following terms and conditions.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED!

ALL CLASSES ARE SINGLE-USE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. DO NOT PROJECT THE TRAINING FOR A GROUP, DO NOT SHARE YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN WITH ANYONE ELSE SEEKING TRAINING. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO ARRANGE THIS TYPE OF TRAINING CLASS, CONTACT US AT 719-502-7081.

STUDENT SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT(S) TO REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH AND/OR TO DISTRIBUTE OR COPY (INCLUDING SCREENSHOTS) THE TRAINING CONTENT, OR PORTIONS THEREOF. STUDENT SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT(S) TO LICENSE OR SUB-LICENSE TO THIRD PARTIES, NOR INVITE ADDITIONAL VIEWERS TO HIS/HER CLASS(ES). Requests for training from Third Parties shall be referred to the instructor.

Use of a credit card not in your name verifies permission to use the card from the cardholder. Student using a card without permission will void certification and criminal charges will be filed upon receipt of a complaint by the cardholder or financial institution.

Student account profiles must be set up in the student ("User")'s name! When using someone else's card to pay, ONLY USE THEIR NAME IN THE BILLING INFO SECTION! You must ENSURE YOUR NAME IS LISTED AS THE USER prior to completing any classes! Failure to do so will result in the Certificate being in the wrong name. The only way to correct a certificate name error is for us to delete the account.  Once that is done, you will have to set up an account in your name and retake the course. That is the only way for the system to generate a certificate that reflects you as the user, not the person who paid for the class.

Student understands that certification of compliance is not effective until the Training Program has been satisfactorily completed, and, that certification of compliance will expire one-year after the satisfactory completion of the Training Program. In order to maintain Best Practice Standards and comply with applicable regulations, annual re-certification is required.

If applicable, Student agrees to maintain non-disclosure policies and agreements with any employee, independent contractor or other third-party affiliation, including personal use and/or affiliation, prohibiting the sale and/or use of Training, for any reason.

These terms shall apply to any and all references to training, training program, classes, and/or presentations conducted by Integrity Medical Courier Training, our instructors, and/or affiliates.
